Terms and Conditions
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in Maha Copy Co.’s affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Maha Copy Co.” refers to Maha Copy Co. LLC, with whom you are entering this agreement.
By applying to the Maha Copy Co. affiliate program you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment
1.1. Participation in the affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses who have a website, blog, or social media presence related to the products or services offered by Maha Copy Co. LLC.
1.2. To enroll in the affiliate program, prospective affiliates must complete and submit the online application form available on ThriveCart.
1.3. To complete the sign-up process, affiliates must provide their full legal name, a valid email address, and submit a W9 or W8-BEN form as required by tax regulations.
1.4. Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older to join the affiliate program.
1.5. Maha Copy Co. LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting Maha Copy Co. LLC products or services on their approved platforms in a truthful and ethical manner.
2.2. Affiliates shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or illegal practices while promoting Maha Copy Co. LLC or its offerings.
2.3. Affiliates shall not engage in spamming or any form of unsolicited communications while promoting Maha Copy Co. LLC.
3. Commission
3.1. For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard. Commission links can also be found on the Affiliate Dashboard.
3.2. If the Affiliate is on a one-time payment option, they will receive a commission for each new signup.
3.3. If the Affiliate is on a recurring payment schedule, they will continue to accumulate commissions for each paid transaction by the customer for as long as the customer remains a paying customer.
4. Payment
4.1. Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% for each qualifying sale generated through their unique affiliate links.
4.2. Commissions will be paid within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
4.3. Payments will be made using the preferred payment method specified by the affiliate, subject to any applicable transaction fees.
4.4. The commission structure is subject to change at our discretion.
4.5. We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
4.6. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments, and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in this Agreement and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.
4.7. We reserve the right to check and change commissions on the basis of orders actually paid. The notification email is not understood as a confirmed commission - this is only a notification, and every payment will be verified based on real transactions.
5. Payment Method
5.1. Affiliates must have a valid PayPal Business account to receive commission payouts. We do not offer payment via cheque/check, credit card, cash, or any other method.
5.2. Customer payments that are refunded or charged back due to credit card fraud do not qualify for affiliate payouts.
5.3. We reserve the right to delay crediting of affiliate payouts subject to risk analysis considerations.
6. Termination
6.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.
6.2. Maha Copy Co. LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program if they violate the terms and conditions or engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or business of Maha Copy Co. LLC.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Affiliates acknowledge that all trademarks, logos, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to Maha Copy Co. LLC products or services are the sole property of Maha Copy Co. LLC.
7.2. Affiliates shall not use Maha Copy Co. LLC's intellectual property without prior written consent, except as explicitly authorized within the scope of the affiliate program.
8. Liability
8.1. Maha Copy Co. LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the affiliate program.
8.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Maha Copy Co. LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the affiliate program.
9. Modification
9.1. Maha Copy Co. LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, by posting the revised version on the affiliate program website or by direct communication to the affiliates.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. During the course of participating in the affiliate program, affiliates may have access to confidential information related to Maha Copy Co. LLC's business operations, products, or strategies.
10.2. Affiliates agree to keep such information confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Maha Copy Co. LLC.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Minnesota.
